【主題演講 Keynote Speech】

《The Current State of Mental Health Technology and Artificial Intelligence》

講者資訊：

Vaile Wright, PhD is the Senior Director for the Office of Health Care Innovation at the American Psychological Association. She is a licensed psychologist and researcher focusing on developing strategies to leverage technology and data to address issues within health care including increasing access, measuring care, improving efficiencies and optimizing treatment delivery at both the individual and systems level. She has maintained an active line of research with peer-reviewed articles in multiple journals and serves as a media spokesperson for APA.

講座摘要：

Digital mental health tools, including those that incorporate AI, hold significant promise for expanding access to care, enhancing treatment options, and advancing population health and health equity. Yet, their widespread adoption faces persistent challenges—including regulatory ambiguity, ethical considerations, and reimbursement hurdles—that threaten scalable implementation. This session will explore both established and emerging technologies, review the evidence supporting their effectiveness, and examine their potential to close gaps in care and reduce disparities. It will also highlight current efforts to navigate ethical complexities and address systemic barriers, ensuring these innovations are integrated into healthcare responsibly and equitably.

(一)台灣臨床心理師勵人獎
為表揚台灣臨床心理學會會員從事臨床心理師之督導、實習督導或各醫療、衛生單位臨床心理師之代訓工作而表現傑出之臨床心理師，每年遴選優秀者一人，頒發「台灣臨床心理師勵人獎」，以茲獎勵。

(二)台灣傑出臨床心理師獎
為表揚台灣臨床心理學會會員從事臨床心理之服務工作而表現傑出之臨床心理師，每年遴選優秀者二人，頒發「台灣傑出臨床心理師獎」，以茲獎勵。

陸、柯永河學術論文獎遴選

柯永河學術論文獎：
「柯永河學術論文獎」優秀論文獎，包含「臨床心理工作者優秀研究論文獎」和「柯永河優秀論文獎」兩獎項。

【獎項報名注意事項】

1. 申請人須為本會有效會員(於2026/2/2前已繳納2026年度會費)
2. 申請表格簽章處輸入文字即可
3. 申請表格請提供word檔、論文pdf檔
4. 獲獎者將受邀於2026年度年會中進行經驗分享。
5. 申請方式：申請人可經由其服務機關(就讀學校系所)推薦、指導教授推薦或自行提出申請，並檢附申請書及申請論文，於截止日2026年2月2日(一)23:59前E-mail至本會秘書處。
